We went, we danced, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My friends, despite not having had any exposure to the goth subculture before I rolled into L.A., have developed a genuine liking for the music and the atmosphere in the clubs. They like going out to dance, they like dressing up, they like being able to express themseves within the context of the environment. I’m delighted by this – not only because I like to see them having fun, but because it’s something I can share with them.
